I wasn’t going to put this up just yet, but we leave for Europe in the morning so i figured I’d put this up while I know I’ll still have decent internet.  It’s my first edit with Final Cut Pro and i’m pretty excited about how it turned out.  It’s James, Boops, Marty and myself.  It has a few reused clips from The Summer of Bro, they look alot better now.  If you want the link to it, it’s www.vimeo.com/6917518 .  Anyways, I hope you enjoy and wish us luck in Europe!

This has me stoked. Life is good, new england heads, how fucking awesome is the foliage right now? bummed i have to leave it behind for a bit and head to europe, but im sure it will be well worth it.  First time outside of the UK so lets see how it goes.  I’ve never met the Antiflag or Alexisonfire guys but I’ve heard that theyre really awesome dudes, so Im looking forward to it.

I’ve been slacking pretty hard on here lately, we just finished recording our new record though, so cut me some slack.  Super busy in the land of four year strong these days (and all days).  Lots of really cool stuff going on, and I cant wait till everyone can hear the new record.

Anyways, bmx, foliage, family and coffee all day today.  Really stoked! Stay happy everyone!

So BLOODLUST is doing a little bit of expanding, as well as having new shirts coming your way, we are going to be doing a record label. Its going to be things we deeply believe in and want to show people. With that said our first band and first release will be Children of the Night!

Children of the Night started as a side project of Tank from the band Energy and friend Mike Rendeni. They were doing Acoustic Misfits covers in Mike’s Basement. It soon spawned into new and genre breaking music that they recorded every night that Tank was not out on tour with Energy. Before they knew it they had so many song written that they wanted a chance to release it and show it to people that would appreciate it. Thats when i came into it. As a long time friend and fan of the music i jumped at the chance to be a part of what theyre doing and help them get it out there at the same time. They are recording right now with the goal being a Dec-January release of a full length 12’ LP. Get ready it should be a crazy few months from BLOODLUST and Children of the Night.

Heres how my first weekend home went, my buddy metterville put up a little edit over on his vimeo account.  looks really awesome, and we had a blast. check out some of his other vids too!

So I haven’t updated this in quite awhile, sorry about that.  Towards the end of tour my phone started going a little bonkers so I basically stopped using it at all.  Gig-life and gig-afterlife are over, we’re at home for a couple days before going to record the ROD follow up.  Things have been mellow, which is definitely not a bad thing.  Our friends in AL4W are over in Japan, we play the great american hardcore fest in a week or so, and my cats are stoked to see me (I think.) I have ten mini DV tapes worth of footage to go through, some write-ups to do and alot of riding time to make up for. It should be back to business as usual soon though, so don’t hate me!  Oh and go watch more zombie movies…
